(1) You can discard this card: Add 1 Level 4 or lower Tuner monster from your deck to your hand. (2) If you control a Level 7 or higher Synchro Monster, while this card is in your GY: You can target 1 monster your control; Special Summon this card and that target's Level becomes 1 and if you use it for a Synchro Summon, you can treat it as a Non-Tuner. These changes last until the End Phase. You can only use each effect of this card's name once per turn each. You cannot Summon Monsters from the Extra Deck, except Dragon-Type Synchro monsters, the turn you activate either of these card effects. ATK/0 DEF/0 Edit: I thought about this and decided to change a bit about this card, as it would needlessly exclude plays involving Majestic Star Dragon and Yusei themed decks in general (which is the second intended candidate after Red Dragon Archfiend), to exclude Crystal Wing plays to some extend the second effect is made more conditional. I Hate Snatch Steal Posted September 18, 2020 Report Share Posted September 18, 2020 I like it. I see what its supposed to support and it accomplishes this task well.
