I've gotta say: I really like that old-school look of Exoskeletal Dragon Gaiarm.

If anything I would argue Exoskeletal Dragon Gaiarm is actually somewhat decent, it can be used to ladder into Crystal Wing or be discarded with Dogmatika cards and can then be re-equipped every single turn, while potentially giving a (+1) each turn by attacking. It might be a stretch, however it starts some synergies between Cyberdark and Dogmatika.
