I would think that would cover your problem with the bill. It doesn't because it still allows them to discard any vote that would overturn an election. The way I feel about that is generally saying, if the government doesn't approve of your vote, they'll just toss it out. I don't like it simply because I'm not loyal to a party but moreso whichever candidate can accomplish something good that benefits the nation is the one I typically like to root for.
