what program did you use to make the banner, and how do you center align it?

When you go to edit your signature, highlight the link and hit "align text"

 

Ex:

The tags before and after it are [align = center] [/align]

except there are no spaces in the first one, had to add the spaces so the dag would be visible.

1) Photoshop CS1, which is what I work with all my Card Images in.

2) Use the align tags, like below....
