The Highlander Posted December 25, 2021 Report Share Posted December 25, 2021 I am not sure this is really needed, given that the Rainbow this floats into won't have any targets if this floats from a board wipe like Raigeki and otherwise this does not contribute anything that the original Link 3 The Weather Painter Rainbow did not already do.
