I found that this is welcomed by Labrynth, even Lovely Labrynth conveniently is under 3000 ATK to not be affected by this card's stun effect.

It's an interesting design.

It is clearly strongest in a backrow-heavy deck, however, in a backrow-heavy meta (kinda like the current one), it isn't all that good.

It has a kind of self-regulating quality like Nibiru.
