Summon Drain
Trap Card
If you control no monsters, you can activate this card from your hand. Activate this card when your opponent Normal or Special Summons a monster. Special Summon 1 monster from your hand or GY whose ATK is equal or less than your opponents summoned monsters original ATK, then, all monsters your opponent controls lose ATK equal to the original ATK of your summoned monster. Your opponent cannot activate monster effects in response to the activation of this card. You can only activate 1 "Summon Drain" per turn.

Extremely good IMO. Permanent blanket debuff of possibly the entire ATK stats (depending on your Summon of course) on turn 0 as the opponent finishes setting up, and it not being possible to negate with monster effects.

Imagine like a Turn 0 Spell Canceller from hand where your opponent's monsters are now each 1800 ATK weaker so at best 1200 to 1700 ATK if even that, and they now finished all their monster effects for the turn, and are now unable to use Spells.
Or siding this and dropping a Jinzo vs Labrynth.
Or simply dropping any Barrier Statue on the opponent's first turn when they go first.

It sounds like it has a ton of potential. I wanna hope something like this would result in restructuring the way decks are built to be glasscannons and get a little more back to fundamentals... Nibiru either wins hard or does nothing so maybe something like this would have a better shot.
