I don't want to changes its effect. You can only make suggestions too change;The stats if they are too high.The Image if it don't look like much of a Spellcaster.The attribute.The Card Name.Whoever I say had the best suggestion, they get 10 points... But there is a problem with the wording.I don't understand, what happens to the LV7 Spellcaster? Does it die too? Does it get RFG'd? The Anime may have something to do with the word Valentine but I've never heard of it before. Did I give you any clues that help you figure out who this is? Cyber End Tempest Dragon's Atk should be 5000 only if you can't substitute for either fusion material other wise 4500 is much more manage able.
