Yes. It's Cathedral of Nobles, but it's banned. The next closest might be Bubble Illusion, but that's only once. Cathedral is continuous.

Deck: Insect Knight + Insect Knight/Armored Bug + Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon

Optionally in deck to search for: Geartown, Megamorph

 

• Activate Geartown, possibly searching for it first with Terraforming
  
• Activate ARA, sending Insect Knight + Insect Knight or Armored Bug to summon Demise
  
• Activate Demise's effect, clearing the field, preferably with priority
  
• Special Summon Ancient Gear Gadjiltron Dragon with Geartown's effect
  
• Activate Megamorph, possibly searching for it first with Arm's Hole OR activate Limiter Removal OR Tribute Gadjiltron Dragon for Great Maju Garzett
  

 

NOTE: Limiter Removal/Megamorph/Arm's Hole/Great Maju Garzett can be replaced by Geartown + something that destroys Geartown. If you do this, you'll need another Gadjiltron Dragon in your Deck/Hand/Graveyard.

Actually, Cactus Fighter's effect needs to go off on the opponent's turn. Otherwise, the tokens can't declare an attack and All-Out Attacks will be sort of pointless. You can only attack during your turn, if I'm not mistaken.

i got an OTK for you...... its with the use of Gear Golem the Moving Fortress...

 

Gear Golem the Moving Fotress+Limiter Removal+Double Attack+Shield and Sword

 

summon gear golem

activate shield and sword

then double attack

then limiter

and pay 800 for gear's effect

total of 8800 direct hit

 

*actually this works with any 2000 atk/def machine.... gear golem is just more perferable cause of its effect..

step 2 Play Zero Gravity

step 3 Reborn, and reckless Summon Baseball Kids

Step 4 ATK ftw, if this does not beat your opponent, you can then tribute 2 kids for 1k burn.
