GenzoTheHarpist
On Scaling Ultimates, they weigh about the same as a rare, right? So if you have a rare and an ultimate in the same pack, it should weigh different from if you just had the normal rare. So, in post DG packs, shouldn't scaling ultimates be possible? sbdnate
the freezing method seems like the only viable method for me because everywhere i go they are in little card board and plastic packages...

WindupRabbitFan14
I just got a #7 GLAS and got a Heraklinos, not sure if it always works though. Also, here's a method: Get a few packs on a slope downhill. Slower packs will be heavier thus containing shinier cards.

Flinsbon
I think the difference in weight would be too small to make a difference. Microscopic imperfections on the slope would probably cause more of a difference.
GenzoTheHarpist
It definitely makes a difference, it's not microscopic or anything. If you've ever had the misfortune to put a holo through the washing machine, you'll notice that there is indeed an entire layer of foil in the card, which certainly has a noticeable weight. GenzoTheHarpist
Scaling DOES work, people can attest to that. BTW, opened two LODT with Blister #2, and got Glorious Illusion and Froggy Forcefield, so those should maybe be put down.
JG.
Nice strategies, I think I'll try the bending one as in Denmark you can just tae the packs from a shelf next to the counter. Easy to bend without nobody noticing.
Catman25
I want to try the blister ID, but there's only like TDGS and CSOC out.
blaze.
I think I heard something once that the 2nd and 4th packs from the back of the box contain shinies. I tried it and it worked, but, unfortunately it was a Multi-piece golem :( . BTW: I got a Red Dragon Archfiend tin right when it came out of of ebay. 1-4 packs= nothing good except one super rare. 5th pack=Ultimute Stardust dragon.Coincidence?
