Here's my entry. From the Rainbow Dragon Category comes...

 

 

Effect: When this card is Normal or Flip Summoned, both players must randomly discard 1 card from their hands. When this card declares an attack, you can randomly discard 1 card from your hand and place 1 counter on this card. When you have 5 or more counters on this card, you can remove all counters from this card to destroy all cards on the field. When you activate this effect, you can randomly discard 1 card from your hand to return this card from your Graveyard to your Deck.

Here's my card for the Sapphire Pegasus category:

[spoiler= Effect:] When this card is Normal Summoned or Special Summoned return all Spell and Trap Cards on the field to their owner's hand. Once per turn you can remove from play 1 card in your Graveyard to return 1 card on the field to its owner's hand. After this effect resolves select 1 Monster Card in your hand. If the selected card's ATK is higher then the ATK of the card returned to its owner's hand (a Spell or Trap Card's ATK is treated as 0) the returned card is shuffled into it's owner's Deck. If this card would be destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by battle you can return this card to your hand to negate the attack and draw 1 card from your Deck. If you activate this effect skip your next Battle Phase. When this card is destroyed by a card effect you can remove this card from play to return 1 of your other removed from play card(s) to your hand.

I know what a Raging Flame Sprite is,...

FIRE monster that gains 1000 ATK each time it inflicts Direct Battle Damage + it can attack directly,...I have that card,...

But,my personal opinion of your card is that it is OP-ed.

If it gained 500 ATK + destroy a monster then it would be OK.
