This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Releasing 1 "Garuda, the Wind Spirit" you control. When this card destroys a monster inflict Damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the Level of all WIND monster you control x 100. Return any number of WIND monsters from your side of the field to your hand to shuffle that many cards from your opponent's side of the field in his/her Deck. Then he/she can Draw that many cards from his/her Deck. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, Release 1 WIND monster you control, then Special Summon 1 "Garuda, the Wind Spirit" from your Graveyard, ignoring any Summoning conditions.
