Actually this can be an OTK:

Future fuse a chimertech send 18 machines

overload fusion to chimertech using the graves you sent

flute of summoning kuriboh

emergency teleport/summon krebons

creature swap your chimertech to opponent

snycro summon cannon

activate

game.

WOW. Theres gonna be a new OTK.

Obsidian its just a worse version of exiled add an exiled and you dont have to sncyrooooooo summon :D

It's a better version of Exiled. It inflicts damage to the controller of the destroyed monster, so if you destroy your opponent's monster, your opponent takes damage equal to that monster's original ATK.

No.

It's not better.

It's a -1 for you. Exiled Force on the other and is a +0.

Oh, and Exiled is easier to get out.

Turbo Synchron + Speed Warrior? And they are both WIND-Attribute?

As it is, The name might end up becoming Turbo Blaster. Since One-Shot Booster became Turbo Booster

Turbo Booster

Turbo Cannon

Turbo Rocket

Turbo Synchron

Turbo Warrior

Arnold: "ITS TURBO[i/] TIME!"

Turboman: *dies from Noise Crash*

Unless you guys are looking at a different effect than I am' date=' this card isn't bad at all. It furfills the empty Level 3 Synchro spot in an Extra Deck, and it's a one-sided Ring of Destruction. Seems at least above average to me.

[/quote']The only reasons I think this card is bad is because it takes 2 monsters to get out, and it's attack is nonexistant. The effect itself is not bad, it's the card that it belongs to.

Attack really doesn't matter in this case since, odds are, if you summon it your going to use it's effect as soon as you can.

I count five cards. I'd much rather use Exodia' date=' or the other Chimertech OTK.

Getting out any Synchro is a -1.

Can Exile and the other burn your opponent while they kill the monster?

Doesn't matter if Exiled is easier to summon. This is a level 3 Synchro, so right their it is something no other card is. The fact that it is a synchro and the fact that it's effect is good enough means that you could esily run this at 1 in your extra deck and only summon it when you need it.

Exiled doesn't deal burn. Exiled takes up a space(s) in your Deck. This doesn't.

Exiled only takes up 3. One-Shot Cannon forces you to run more monsters than Exiled takes out spaces in the deck.

Exiled wins.

One-Shot Cannon is an OPTION. You don't HAVE to use it. When Exiled is in your Deck, you'll end up drawing into it. There's no reason NOT to run a One-Shot Cannon in your Extra Deck, but there are many reasons not to run Exiled Force in your Main Deck.

There's reasons to NOT run a Lv1 in your deck and there's no good way to get out a Lv2 Tuner.

Who said anything about running anything in YOUR deck to bring OSC out? It's there at least on the off chance you gain control of the proper cards through Exchange/Creature Swap/Monster Reborn/Brain Control/etc.
