ehh, its mainly a beat-stick, also the ways of summoning this is pretty limited. Other then that, its not the best.

It's a cute little beatstick with a nice float effect. However, as mentioned above, there isn't really an easy way to Summon it. Maybe if it were a Contact Fusion monster, it could see more practicality.

 

Also: One last bit. You may want to change it from "When this leaves the field" to "If this card leaves the field", so it doesn't miss timing (unless that's what you were intending).

[Snatch Steal]

I genuinely don't believe this is worth the Poly. Unless you had Limiter Removal (which would probably be better off on the 2 Machines anyway) then I don't believe this monster would be too useful, since it doesn't protect itself. In the Battle Phase, you could potentially use Flash Fusion to summon it after you attack with your Machines, and if you could destroy it somehow, you'd get two more attackers, not to mention Limiter Removal. While this does sound prominent, it's hard to pull off unless you're using Gimmick Puppets (which really aren't very good by themselves), and even then it wouldn't be too much damage, since many of them have very low stats, the highest ATK being on Egghead. 

 

All in all, it needs something to make it more useful, perhaps a way to protect itself or others.
