Vampire Genesis

Let's compare to REDRUM.

REDRUM:

1) The Special Summoning is optional.

2) Can be Special Summoned using any dragons

3) Resurrects dragons.

4) You don't have to discard a card.

5) The dragon can be whatever you want, so long as it's not a Nomi or another REDRUM.

As for Vampire Genesis, it's a Allurable Zombie that can be dumped by Trade-In, but even then there are better choices.

Redrum is definitely better than Vampire Genesis...

Hence the name.

It's not a good card' date=' but it would probably be fun to build a Deck around.

Yes, it would be.

VG (Lol' date=' that makes me think of "Vagina") is seriously underpowered nowadays.

If it's effect was the same as REDRUM's just for Zombies, would that make Zombies playable again?

YES, very much.

its because Vampire Lord is way cooler than this purple mixture of things. maybe if he didn't have those bothersome Summoning conditions and the zombies it Special Summons could be at least the same level of the discarded ones.. this would be way better.(imagine discard mezuki to SS zombie master or such)

when it came out, I tried to persuade myself that there had to be some good use you could have with this card.. years passed, I didn't found anything good enough... =/

It sucks and it doesn't look anything like a vampire... But at least it doesn't sparkle I suppose...

Edit:

Crap' date=' it's a holo... It does sparkle. T_T

It does look like a transformed vampire, actually. Ever seen the Van Helsing movie?

A long while back ago and I don't really remember anything from it.

He has always looked more like a crossover between a pit bull and a pig to me... <_<
