So, talk about your favourite videogame music, make suggestions and discuss whatever comes to mind about the subject - from the declining quality of Nobuo Uematsu's music to the catchy Sonic the Hedgehog tunes from the old Sega Genesis. ;) Silent Hill 2's Theme of Laura is awesome. Seriously, since late 2007, he's made the soundtracks for Tales of Innocence, Tales of Vesperia, Tales of Hearts, Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World, Star Ocean 4, Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 1 and 2, and possibly a few other games. His music is still pretty decent, which is a surprise seeing how many soundtracks he's made over the past year or so. I just finished Crisis Core. It's soundtrack is amazing. I recently bought it on iTunes. Also, Final Fantasy XIII is looking pretty good in the music department at the moment. Masashi Hamauzu, is going to be the next Nobuo Uematsu (when he was good). Hm, then again maybe not - was he the composer for Star Ocean: Till the End of Time? I meant That "Sonic Boom" is much too... 3D-Sonic-like for my taste. The music really captures the elements of the Capital Wastelands. Oh, lol, and Gradius like Obsidian said. I would just turn it on to listen to the game's music. Good thing though, I have the Gradius Collection that has like 6 full soundtracks in the gallery XD. But...the SNES Version of Gradius III is the absolute best.
