Toffee.
Its a spell, that is also a trap? mind=blownSelect 1 face-up monster on your opponent's side of the field. Decrease the ATK of the selected monster by 700 points. The monster cannot attack or change its battle position. When the selected monster is destroyed' date=' or removed from the field, this card is also destroyed.[/quote'] For the record, "used" means "actually activated it" It would have ben better, if it had an added-effect like: "The slected monster cannot be removed from the field, for as long as this card is face-up on the field". Then the opponet would be forced to use some sort of destruction effect on it or something(inb4DAD), so it would be somewhat(keyword) usefull. Discuss? Azuh
Card filler for people who can't afford Shrink, even then, you wouldn't use it
~ P O L A R I S ~
Card filler for people who can't afford Shrink' date=' even then, you wouldn't use it[/quote'] Shrink's worth about 50 cents as of SDZW. I REALLY don't think price is an issue, then there's the fact that this costs more than Shrink.

RyanAtlus
Better than Spellbinding Circle but still godawful. In the DM anime they were the same Card actually.
Darkerai
Better than Spellbinding Circle but still godawful. In the DM anime they were the same Card actually. I thought it was just that they had the same effects? Except the DM anime version of this stopped toons from avoiding destruction...maybe it negated effects aswell.... If card is =/= idiocy return=false card is = idiocy card location = landfill
A●O●J
Konami do wut they did to MetalMorph with this card. And just for lulz, have it negate the selected monsters effect if the selected monster is a Toon. If you understand that then probably didn't watch the original show with the yugi and kaibas protech cards.

Mr. Judgment Dragon
Put it on a pesky Stardust to and destroy it by battle. Shrink is more reliable for that job. As is Honest.
