I don't know why no-one has pointed these out yet, but anyway:

[spoiler=OCG Fixes]

Headnurse Lily

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 "Injection Fairy Lily". Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can pay 2000 Life Points to double the ATK of 1 monster you control, during the Damage Step only.

Part in italics is a suggestion to reduce abuse possibilities and to link to the Lily archetype.

Crimson Daemon Morgana

Once per turn, you can move this card into an adjacent unoccupied Monster Card Zone. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the effects of all cards in this card's column are negated (except this card).

Darkwing Maiden

If your opponent controls 2 or more monsters, and you control 1 or more DARK monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is Summoned by this effect, destroy 1 card your opponent controls. When this card is Summoned, select 1 DARK monster you control, except "Darkwing Maiden". As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the selected monster cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) When this card is destroyed by battle, Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower DARK monster from your Deck.

Celiene the Mystical

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by Tributing 1 DARK Fiend-Type monster or 1 LIGHT Fairy-Type monster. When this card is Summoned, activate the appropriate effect:

- If the Tributed monster was a DARK Fiend-Type monster, once per turn, during your Draw Phase, select 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls. This card's effect is treated as the selected card's effect, until your End Phase.

- If the Tributed monster was a LIGHT Fairy-Type monster, once per turn, during your Draw Phase, select 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls. The selected monster's effect is negated, until your End Phase.

I suggest changing it to simply a DARK or a LIGHT monster, so it could be summoned more easily.

Quickdraw!

Activate only when your opponent activates a card effect that targets 2 or more monsters you control. Negate the effect and inflict 1000 points of Effect Damage to your opponent.

Fortune Apprentice Mei

You can remove this card in your hand from play to select 1 "Fortune Lady" monster you control. Increase the Level of the selected monster to its maximum value. The selected monster is destroyed during your End Phase.

Last part of effect changed to balance out the effect. Raising "Fortune Lady Light"'s ATK from 200 to 2400 in one turn needs a significant burn.

Succubi Naamah

1 DARK Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Fiend-Type monsters

Once per turn, select 1 Level 7 or lower monster you opponent controls and equip it to this card. This card gains the equipped monster's effect. The equipped monster is unequipped during your End Phase. (This card can only be equipped with 1 monster at a time. If this card would be destroyed, the equipped monster is destroyed instead.)

Italic part introduced to balance out the effect; but I still believe it is overpowered. You should probably add either a continuous Life Point or card cost to keep this card on the field.

Succubi Agrat Bat Mahlat

Activate only when you activate a Counter Trap Card that negates the effect of a card your opponent controls. After resolution, select and activate the appropriate effect based on the type of card (Spell, Trap or Monster) effect negated:

- Spell Card: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of this card.

- Trap Card: Destroy 1 card your opponent controls.

- Monster Card: Special Summon 1 "Succubi Token" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF 0). This token's name, Attribute, Type, Level, ATK, DEF and effect are treated as the same card as the targeted Effect Monster.

Last part of the effect changed because the monster may not have been destroyed by the Trap Card, nor may your opponent or you have a copy of it in your Decks.

Golden Knight Joan

When this card is Normal Summoned or Set, remove all counters from the field. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, neither players can put counters on cards they control or activate effects that require counters.

The first part of the effect is powerful enough. However, the second part doesn't seem linked to, or a part of the first effect. It just seems tacked on at the end.

Overall, these are rather good, although some of the effects seem similar or are slightly contrived. The artwork is good and fits the cards. I just feel a couple of them are overpowered or have effects that wouldn't always work.

And Kingdom Neos, the 'Counter Killer' is "Golden Knight Joan".

8.5/10

Golden Knight Joan - The base idea is not bad (A built-in Counter Cleaner effect when Normal Summoned, and a way to stop Counter-based decks), but the last effect seems off - a bit easy to pull out, considering the raw strength of this card, and not exactly fitting. I should change it somehow like this: "When a card with 3 or more counters your opponent controls leaves the field, you can Special Summon this monster from your Graveyard." (both hand and Graveyard seems a bit too much). 7.5/10, 8.5/10 if changed.

Oh thanks for your comment and rate and also some suggestions.....

Headnurse Lily should stay in her state without the lily tribute, after all, counselor and injection liliy are seperated, injection effect is for herself while counselor is for synchros so headnurse is for monsters.

Morgana, quickdraw and darkwing are just fine on what they are.

Celiene the Mystical and Fortune Apprentice Mei......I'll be thinking about that suggestion...

Succubi Namaah......level 7 or lower is fair enough, and u are right about that burn effect...I wonder what will it be...when u equip it with a monster, u take damage equals to the half of the equiped monster when destroyed or removed from the field the equipped monster???

Succubi Agrat......actually I just mimic the real OCG effect of Van Dagyon the dark dragon lord but the difference is its effect......and i'll think about your suggestions about this card...

Golden knight joan....i'm wrong about the neither player part...hehheheh you and ragnarok corrected me. I'll edit the effect soon. and i am thinking at exa raiun's suggestions too~~!!

Some of the effects are a little OPed' date=' by the pics look and fairly simle to use. Some OCG errors.

9.3/10

[/quote']

you think so??

now that I'm back' date=' it looks like there's 3 cards I haven't reviewed

For Golden Knight Joan (pic looks best anyway), you must have meant as long as it's on the field neither player CAN place counters

9/10

yeah yeah, i am wrong about the neither player part ..."can" not "can not"....

I'll think about it.....Thank you as alwyas for the comment and rate
