This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 face-up "Warrior of Zera" on your side of the field while "Pandemonium" is on the field. If "Pandemonium" is on your side of the field when you Special Summon this card, your opponent discards 3 random cards from their hand. It's still a +1 at worst.You lose: 1 monster, and Padamo could be considered lost if you have no other use for it.You gain: 3 cards lost from your opponent's hand I don't see how you can interpret this as losing 3 or more cards. Also, you could use Prisma(to dump WoZ by UFOroid Fighter) or ROTA. Archfiend General or TerraformingThe combo does have potential, but you gotta draw Mazera DeVille ASAP.
