"Hey now, you'd miss me and you know it." Vincent said, smiling.

"...sometimes I wonder. Still, as none of us are one of the Great Demon Lords, how are we going to get through the maze?" BlackGuilmon asked.

"Good question...any ideas?" Vincent asked to the rest of the group, "Cause mine is just blow a hole straight down the middle until we find an exit."

"That seems rather brutalic."

"I prefer...quick and simple."

 

"Yes, well, I'll thank you for all the complements later." PawnChessmon said, despite her hidden blush only deepening, to the point that her face guard actually started to look a little red, "Now seriously can you tell where the Sal that we weren't just with is?"

"No...saying sorry doesn't make me feel better..." Keila replied, "It actually makes me feel about three times worse...but...at least don't blame PawnChessmon...I could tell, she wasn't even trying to take his data...if you want to blame someone, blame me. I'm the one who blasted him apart anyway..."

((Suzaku is Zhuqiaomon's (or however the @#$% you spell it...) continent, it's not a city. I named it after the Japanese equivalent of Zhuqiao (or however the hell you spell it), the Vermilion Sparrow and you have to tell me beforehand and PM me Tyler's bio, including the bio for your egg))

 

"Partner?" Koromon asked, leaping onto Tyler's head "Tiny." he said, hugging the scared child with his ears and wiping away his tears "Be happy?" The pink puffball suggested "Like me." The puffball handed Tyler the Digivice "Tyler." He pointed at the child's chest "Koromon."

 

"So you're just going to swim across the Net Ocean, is that it?" Max asked with a shake of his head "Why did I keep you alive again?"

 

"That would kill us all. How about we just go through the maze until we find an exit?" Liya suggested "It will at least make it so that most of us survive, especially given that the only expendable people here are Floramon and myself, so we should logically go first."

 

"I'm in your head, I can read your mind, and I know that you're blushing, so don't try to deny it" AVolcamon said, a hint of satisfaction in his voice "Gotsumon's proud of that, he thinks that, without all that armor, you're cute." He then somehow shrugged despite not having shoulders "No, I can still only sense brat number one"

 

"I'm going to miss that annoying little rockhead..." Zehn muttered, sliding down the wall until he was sitting on the floor "They say that when a human and his Digimon partner truly connect, their emotions start to become blurred to the point where neither one can tell if it's them feeling something, or their partner. That's what Gotsumon and I had..."

Tyler glanced at the pink glob. "K...Koromon?" He glanced at the digivice he had in his hand. Aero pointed to it.

"That's called a digivice. It's gonna help my son a lot along your journey."

"Journey?" Tyler said wiping his nose. Lance huffed.

"So they're recruiting kids now. That's great. If he gets hurt...It'll be bad."

Ash and Alex stopped in their tracks. Alex shouted. "You didn't say anything about the Net Ocean being in our way!"

Duke and Lucemon remained behind. Duke stared intensely at Max, he could see the dark aura the boy emanated. Lucemon himself made a short bow before approaching. 'My lord, I have done as you asked and I must say that you chose a fine battery for my use. Duke's inner darkness stretches further than I intended him to have and he got me to the ultimate stage without problems. However, he isn't exactly complete yet, he foolishly discarded the spirit of steel in a fit of passion, however, he nor I see reason in reviving in the corrupted spirit project' Lucemon explained.

Beelzemon had been searching the palace for hours looking for any sign of his former servants. Sammy had been following him in a sort of tour, but his partner was not the best of guides in the best of circumstances. They had recently passed a small room with a broken mirrior. Beelzemon looked into the room and slowed, but kept on moving.

"Hey Beelzemon whats this room for?" Sam aked.

"It's nothing lets keep looking."

"It is something you showed me that just a few seconds ago." The human was being forceful, something he hadn't done in quite a while, because of this Beelzemon relented. He turned and walked inside of the room.

"This was what could be called my 'Communications' room. All of the technology in my palace is old or magical in nature. This mirror was a two way device. I could talk to anyone in the entirety of my region, and if someone had a similar device they could see me and me them." The Demon Lord righted the lone chair in the room and sat down on it. The chair was simple compared his throne, but it was suitable. "It works on the same principle as Ogudomon's pool or Huanglongmon's orbs."

"How do you know what Haunglongmon has?" Sam was confused.

"What? Oh legends only. I've never met the god, though I wish I had." Beelzemon picked up two broken shards of the mirror one was shwoing a dull light. The other had a glowing darkness. "This isn't good." Sam could feel his body being pulled apart it was the same he feeling he always got when he was being moved bodily around the digital world.

 

Mammothmon and Sammy had slept and started walking again in the early hours. sammy was still tired so he slept on Mammothmon's back. The rocking motion created by the large digimons bulk had sent him off quickly. But because of this Mammothmon had no idea of the direction they should be going. The only clue he had was sammy ocassionaly waking and saying "That way". They were heading for a group of mountains Mammothmon had never been to before.

Mistymon paused and sighed as he picked up Duke's old digivice. He frowned a little when he saw the Spirit contained within. "I will take you for safekeeping." he said quietly, teasing the fractal code of the Steel Human Warrior into his own digicore. "And I will relinquish you when the time is right." he added. He paused, about to toss away the now-empty discarded digivice, but thought better of it and tucked it into his satchel- Magically modified to be much larger on the inside than the out.

 

He sighed and glanced around. "I should probably go with Imperialdramon to that ship... the Gungir was it? Beh... still need to find Ceila though..." he sighed, and began to track through the snow, looking for his partner. "Ceila!" he called out at some point, before raising his eyebrow. "Wait a moment... weren't those IceDevimon LEAVING the city? Why would they leave? It doesn't seem like they destroyed much, or..."

 

He paused, upon catching sight of a small white creature with specks of green equipment kicking the ever-loving crap out of a trio of three remaining IceDevimon. "Ah." he muttered to himself.

Sal glared at Gururumon. "Stupid mutt." he muttered. "You're drunk as... drunk as a dog!" he finally spat out, before crossing his arms. "I'm a gentleman, so I would never think of drinking. I wouldn't ever want my mind impaired, you see." he added, brushing a lock of hair from his face. Gururumon giggled besides herself.

"Lighten up..." she muttered with a hint of a slur, muzzle grinning widely. "Sometimes, you uh... just need to... what was I saying again?" she said with a cocked eyebrow, before rolling onto her back.

"Rub my tummy?" she asked hopefully.

Sal raised his eyes. "The Royal Knight, one of the guardians of the entire digital world, and specifically the one in charge of battle plans, is acting like a common household cat."

"Does that mean you will?"

Sal rolled his eyes and rubbed his partner's stomach, causing her to make a strange purring sound despite her current canine form.

Sal glanced down from the roof. "It's a long way down." he observed. Demidevimon nodded and flapped a little on his shoulder. "But I think we can make it if we try." he said with a nod. Oro blinked and gave a hint of a squawk, giving him an incredulous look.

Sal chuckled. "What's a matter, Oro? Scared? You're the one with wings." he said with a smirk.

He paused throughtfully. "Hey, do you think your legs would be strong enough as Musayamon to land safely if you were carrying me? That might be the best way to do it..."

Oro paused and whispered into Sal's ear.

"Eh? Your cape can work as a parachute? Well, that's settled then, we'll do it that way!" he said with a broad chuckle. He got to his feet and stretched. He paused. "Acutually, If I became Gigasmon, I think I could land without any damage, really. Well, damage to me... anyone else close by when I land might not be feeling as safe..."

Seri giggled, Coelamon once again in Crabmon form and locked into her hair like a hairpiece. "Digimemory of Dragons, then?" she said with a cock of her head. She nodded throughtfully to herself. "I wonder... could a digimon with the Dramon classification touch the Memory? Well, I guess any of us humans could take the Key if worse came to worse..." she said, muttering to herself mainly.

Koromon meanwhile glowed again and grew into a child sized dinosaur with a snow white body and black armbands appeared on his arm, matching his headband and long scarf "SnowAgumon!" the Digimon announced with pride, looking at Lance "Uncle Lance, I'll make sure the kid doesn't get hurt, so it'll be good."

 

"I told you it was in Suzaku, that's on another continent so of course it's across the Net Ocean!" he then turned to Lucemon "If you see fit to give that human the Spirit of Corruption, do it, if you do not, then do not." Max said, giving Duke a jolt of agony just because he could. He then sighed and Sam and Impmon were in his chamber "Do you dare defy your GOD?!" He asked, sending a long jolt of agony through both of them before finally adressing Seri. "No, there are other criteria put into place so Crabmon cannot touch the DigiMemory, and yes, any human will do in a pinch."

"So, your partner I take it?" Magnus said. He had evolved into ExVeemon by this point and Tara was on his back, asleep and still shivering "We should get her out of here, unless you want Ceila to keep beating down those IceDevimon, that is."

 

((A trio of the three remaining IceDevimon... is the Department of Redundancy Department really open this close to New Year's?))

 

"He's on he roof" AVolcamon mused to PawnChessmon "Soon to be falling to the ground, at which point I'll only be able to sense Duftmon's Sal."

Tyler jolted back as he saw the fleshy pink digimon turn into a white dinosaur. "WHOAH! That was weird." He said reaching out his hand to touch the digimon's snout. Aero giggled.

"My, that was pretty fast. My baby's so strong." she said with a smile towards SnowAgumon. Tyler then pointed to the new SnowAgumon.

"So...So what's your name?"

Alex groaned. "So how the hell are we supposed to get there?!?" Ash snapped back at Alex.

"Shutup, He'll probably teleport us there or something!"

((What you mean about Ogudomon transporting them? I read it, but ZhaneX said about none of them being Demon Lrods, and you didn't say anything so i thought that the Demon Lords weren't teleported. Anyway I'll errata my last post for you and type up this new one for ya.))

 

Sam and Beelzemon had been teleported by Ogudomon. The cavern was filled with digimon and their human partners, so much so that it felt as if it was a tight fit inside. After the teleport Sam was disoriented, he couldn't really speak, and didn't know what to say when he notcie that Beelzemon was no longer a mega. He had reverted back into Impmon who had obviously caught the end of the conversation. Impmon was about to speak when he felt a strong energy flowing through him so much so that it was painful.

"I am sorry Ogudomon. Forgive us." impmon had fallen to his knees after the assault on his body, "May I say that I know that region of the digital world well. As you may remember that is where I used to reside. Also I do not agree with reviving the spirit of corruption, it has a mind of its own and can do more harm than good." Sam rememberd all too well what the spirit of corruption could do if left to it's own devices.

 

Sammy could feel that they were getting closer, but Mammothmon felt uneasy. "Are you sure you want to go this way?" The digimon asked his partner. Sammy was gettiong irritated Mammothmon had asked this question time and time again.

"Yes Mammothmon we need to go in this direction." Mammothmon sighed deeply.

"Well it's just that if we continue going in this direction, we are going to hit water." he said matter of factly.

"What?" Sammy stood ontop of the Ancient mammal digimon, he strained to see the ocean in the front, "How did you see that?"

"I didn't. This thing aint just for show you know." He told gesturing with his trunk.

 

When they arrived Sammy had already thought up a plan for them to keep going in the direction he felt they needed to. Jumping down he pointed his digivice towards his partner, "Mammothmon de-digivolve." The large mammoth shrunk until he was Yasyamon again.

"Ah I get you. Puppet Master!" Yasyamon crossed his swords and sent his psychic powers into the sea. A digimon started to appear out of the water rising until most of it was visible.

"Is that a shark?" Samm asked quite scared despite the fact the digimon was in the water adn he was on land.

"Yes. He is a tylomon, he will take us across the water."

"You want me to ride on a shark?"

"What you're not scared are you?"

[Hydra of Ages]

"Ah. Pity." Seri said with a slight twitch of her head. "Guess Crabmon and I won't be that much help unless we happen to be near the coast. Coelamon's Infinite Abyss can bring massive amounts of water pretty much anywhere, but I get the feeling it might not work as well if we're near something with a name like the 'key of fire'." She mused to herself, taking a couple steps.

Meanwhile, Crabmon on her head actually groaned a little in his small, tinny voice. Seri blinked and rolled her eyes to the top of her head, looking at the small crab. "What is it, Cravvy?" she said in a soothing voice. "Something wrong?"

 

"Tummy ache..." he muttered in his near-silent, clicking-type voice.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"I'm SnowAgumon" The dinosaur said, confused "Didn't I just say that like three seconds ago?" He shrugged and offered Tyler his hand "Nice to meet you, partner."

 

"If I did that, I would have to use all my power to break through Huanglongmon's barrier, which would free Omnimon and Gallantmon from my influence. Do you REALLY want those two back against us, Omnimon killed five MaloMyotismon before Lucemon and Daemon finally took him down last time, but if you think that's worth a short trip to Suzaku, I'm gonna have to kill you." Max then smiled at Impmon "Isn't that what everyone says about us?" He asked "That we do all harm and no good?" His attention then turned to Seri "Yes, you make a good point, but Crabmon will be your transportation, or rather, his Ultimate will."

 

((ZhaneX is in a completely different area, he's going through the Plot Stalling Cave to reach the Illusion of Plot Advancement Maze, and then he's gonna defend Lilithmon once Y-Tak and Ace get back from their break))

[Mr. Hyde]

Ash then stopped in his tracks. "Well that's lame...I can't fly or anything." Alex hopped off his back.

"Well that means we can just chillax." Ash nodded.

"Indeed." He dedigivolved back into Armadillomon and curled into a ball right next to Zach. Zach put both his arms behind his head and layed down on the ground.

Carly looked at Zach. They were both still trying to find there way towards the Gungir. He was holding a digiegg. She pointed at it. "What's that?" she asked. Zach shook himself awake. He was leaning on a digiegg. He picked it up and whispered,

"Gizamon?" Carly smiled.

"I hope so. You guys were really close...I'm sorry you lost him." She kissed him on the cheek.

Tyler smiled. "Well we have to name you right?" He held his hand up to his chin. "How about....Frigus?"

Impmon tried to restrain himself. He was in a room filled with dark digimon and followers of Ogudomon, if he even looked the wrong way they would probably destroy him in an instant. Still sometimes the dark god could be an extremley idiotic creature. Sam placed a hand on his partners shoulder trying to reassure him. When Impmon looked up he could see that Sam felt exactly the same way.

[Blackstone Dresden]

Waves of unspeakable agony shot through Ash and Alex "Did I say you could relax!" The Dark God shouted, slamming Alex into the wall without moving a millimeter "I have had it with your insolence, you will either listen to every single order I give when I give it, or I will tear your worthless body to shreds, and don't think I won't, I can spare a Pawn as worthless as you, no problem." He regarded Sam and Impmon for a mere moment "Impmon, you, Lucemon, Belphemon, and whatever form Crabmon decides to take will be our primary attack force, in case any of the Royal Knights or their worthless pawns show up, understood? Minervamon, Daemon, and the others will then seek out the key. Daemon and that worthless Pawn in the wall should have some sense of where it is once you get close enough."

 

SnowAgumon put his hand down "Frigus?" He asked "Well, if that's what you want to call me, than who am I to argue?"

[Proto]

Belphemon toke a large yawn and said to his leader with a amount of respect yet feeling rather tired. "Uh, pardon me sir but do you happen to know that the Gizamon you gave the power of darkness to has been recently assasinated by my hand?" He then turned to his left and began drowsing off again before his unnamed partner suddenly woke him in anger. Fool you have any idea who you are talking to! No matter which form he takes he is still Ogudomon! The Lazy Demon awoke once again and said "You sure that a dragon digimon can't be on the main squad? If there is not one then that makes it like Lightning Key all over again if the other squad gets improvised."

"Very well, Lord Ogudomon." Impmon replied. He felt an involutary heat in his hands and a pulsing on his chest. His seal was glowing. Sam felt the same energy start to grow in his pocket, his digivice was glowing gently.

"Master may I ask what this mission will entail. Apart from finding and retrieving the key I mean." Sam was becoming bolder again and Impmon liked it. his old partner was returning.

 

Sammy reluctantly sat onto the back of the Tylomon Yaysmon was controlling. His partner jumped onto the digimon behind him and Sammy felt a little safer, but not by much. "Okay Tylomon. Lets go." Yasyamon commanded the large fish.

[Hydra of Ages]

"Hm?" Seri glanced towards Belphemon. "Well, the attacking team has three humans on it too, so if we do come across the Key by chance or whatever, it wouldn't be TOO hard to find someone who can hold it."

 

She was holding Crabmon in her hand and stroking his shell slowly. She cooed at him a bit. "Still have an upset tummy?"

 

Crabmon nodded limply.

 

Seri blinked and scrunched her eyebrows. "Now, what could possibly give the Leviathan a stomach ache? I mean, he's even a crab right now, they can eat anything and everything and stay fine."

Mistymon nodded. "Yeah, that's my partner. At least, I think so. Let's give her some help... she doesn't need it, but we need to get out of here as quickly as possible."

 

He ran towards the group, muttering a short spell under his breath. Moments later, the spell caught up from him and erased him from existence, bringing him back in the air, a couple feet away from the nearest IceDevimon. Three quick slashes with his Flare Sword reduced the Champion-level find to sixths, as he quickly lept and ran through the next one's chest with his ice blade.

 

Ceila blinked at he help she received, her iris' dilating as she recognized the one who was attacking for her.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"Dracmon and Gigadramon can easily be pulled to your squad, as well as Daemon, who, if needed, can simply revert to DarkRizamon to get the Key." He nodded "Yes, and congratulations on ridding the world of that failure of a Digimon." OgudoMax said, "That worthless excuse of a Digimon had no place in my new world."

 

Magnus shrugged "Vee Laser!" he shouted, sending a burst of energy to take out the last IceDevimon, "Now, can we hurry up? Tara's freezing her ass off?"

[Proto]

OOC: At this point This color is Belphemon's Partner's half And this is his original one.

 

"Oh goody, I like those two a lot, they remind me of some sort of version of a simulation of a team of Digimon and Human with only Digimon." The Demon Lord said fondly as he began relaxing and conjuring small purple flames at random. He then had a thought and said "Anyways how did you pull of that trick with the Grisly Wings? Also could you please tell miss Lilithmo..." he said before being interuppted by his partner."That we have a litttlllee problem with the Bio-Merging". Finished the girl as they both were now combined completely.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"I'm a God, do you doubt my ingenuity?" Max asked with a glare "And, yes, I can see that, and I can also see that you, again, doubt my powers." He was suddenly in front of Belphemon with one hand on the Demon Lord's forehead and clicked his teeth "However, you two are screwed up beyond anything short of NEO's power. The best I can do is seamlessly merge your bodies while keeping your minds separate, of course, that would also allow you two to separate at will."

[Mr. Hyde]

Alex groaned from the pain. "God, then how the hell are we suppossed to get over there! Ash can't fly or swim!"

Tyler grinned. "Yay! This is going to be fun. Like having a prehistoric dog!" He hugged Frigus. Aero giggled and hugged Tyler.

"Take care of my baby. Okay.." Tyler nodded. Lance finally got up.

"Well...Zach's home."

Zach jumped off of MegaSeadramon's back, landing on the roof of the Gungir. Beta dedigivolved into his rookie state and flopped onto the roof. Zach sighed. "I'm glad to finally be back. And so is Gizamon." Carly giggled.

"I wouldn't call him Gizamon...you don't know what it could be."

[The Warden]

The agony that went Duke sent the hairs on his neck upright as he fell to his knees. 'Please allow me to speak out of turn, Lord Ogudomon, but there is one thing that might interest you' he said once the agony passed. 'The realm Witchelny, as you probably know is home to most of the spellcasting Digimon, wouldn't they be a useful addition to your forces' he suggested. Lucemon clamped his small hand over Duke's mouth. 'That is not important, some street-side magicians are of no interest to us or the Dark God, presumably' Lucemon replied, though dared a glance at Max/Ogudomon.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"Walk, obviously." Max said with more than a hint of scorn, then laughed a laugh that only one that has only known hate and malice in their existance could make "I applaud your initiative Duke, but Witchelny was my first conquest, everything there is already under my command."

 

"I'm not a dog..." Frigus muttered, hugging Tyler and Aero "I don't even know what a dog is." He then looked up at Lance "Uncle Lance, who's Zach? Where was he? Does he have a Digimamon? What's his name? Is he a he?" The questions came nonstop within the span of two seconds, just one after another with no semblance of a pause anywhere.

[The Warden]

'Except the citadel' Duke stated. 'You have yet to fully comquer the citadel, otherwise, why wouldn't have the wise ones not captured Mistymon and I when we were there......wait, that reminds me, the Tiferet, the spirit of Sakkakumon can be obtained by locating the Tiferet sphere and returning it tot he wise ones to complete Sakkakumon' Duke remembered. 'You gave up your right as the legendary warrior of steel' Lucemon reminded Duke. 'No I didn't, I just tossed aside the human spirit, I did not renounce my heritage' Duke stated.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"Your heritage is exactly right." Max said with a nod "The Wisemon in the citadel are my puppets, just like this human." He gestured down to himself "They left you alive because they know that only you could take the Beast Spirit of Steel, and they made sure to separate the Tiferet from the other 9 Spheres in case you wouldn't bow to my will. But, since you have, I'll tell you right now, the Tiferet is safe with Minervamon's human's other partner, and, as soon as her job is done, you'll get your Beast Spirit back. Until then, do you want Augemormon's power or not?"
