I dunno, it's either you playstrategically (and do it bad) or play it and hope to get lucky. Lv4 tuners: MV Soldier > Rose > this > flamvell > hyper synchronin flamvell; of course, magician > doesn't matter, you won't be running anything else XD(that's the only place where's he's useful, and he does it right.)
