With Tuningware and its abilitiy to be level 2 if needed, it would be easier than having a Tuner + 3 Darksea Rescues + another card to make up the level difference. If it were not limited to the Junk Synchron as it's tuner, I could see this getting banned (or tuningware being semi-limited to just annoy people who like running things in either 1 or 3).A repeatable +6 is perhaps the most powerful card advantage engine in the game :3Behold...
