Well if you have 3 of these face down and your opponent Synchroed Brionac and Discarded 3 cards just to get rid of these then he sees that it had no effect on them and he just lost 3 cards :D Unless he has Royal Oprression. D:

 

Discuss the card and what good defense it has on Brionac and Mist Wurm to save yourself for another turn.

That's the part he was trying to negate with Skill Drain. Skill Drain can't negate that condition.

No. Ultimate Offering only works during your Main Phase or opponent's Battle Phase, not during your Battle Phase.

 

But with Skill Drain wouldint that negate it from being special summoned again? Or is it on the field only and since it activates in your hand.

 

The effect that special summons it activates in the hand. Skill Drain only stops effects on the field.
