This = Broken. As I read it, you can SS it during the Standby Phase after you have increased it's Level by 1. Not as much OTK material as it is a reusable tuner. This = Constant Tytannial food. This = Ridiculously useful with almost all plant support we currently have. Also useful in Monarchs and Lightsworn, lol.
