Though something in between would be just about right, really. If he can pull both of those off well, he'll pull Natsu off nicely too. The correct spelling is the first one. And... Yeah, Rika/Luna/Kanako sounds about right as Charle. I've actually herd that voice, unlike the one for Natsu. I know him mostly as Ling in FMA Brotherhood and Allen Walker in D.Gray-Man. Shame it's not ViZ though, since it would be awesome to see Doug Erholtz and Crispin Freeman as Gray and Jellal.
