1 "Watt" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Thunder-Type monsters.
This card can attack your opponent directly. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points by attacking directly, your opponent randomly returns 1 card in their hand to the top of their Deck.

Watts are lulzy. And depending on what the ruling may be on Wattcube' date=' i just might start running them. i mean their Light, so they're already backed by a lot of support, it's just their low attack that gets them at times.

Wattcube

Equip only to a Thunder-Type monster. It gains 100 ATK for each Thunder-Type monster in your Graveyard. You can send this face-up card you control to the Graveyard to have a face-up Thunder-Type monster you control gain 1000 ATK.

Which ruling on Wattcube? Its pretty straightforward o.x While Equipped, the monster gains 100 ATK for each Thunder-Type monster in the Graveyard. If you use its effect to send it to the Graveyard, the target Thunder-type monster gains 1000 ATK as long as that monster stays face-up on the field.
