Victory Dragon needs a ruling:

"If your opponent surrenders the Duel while 'Victory Dragon' is face-up on the field' date=' you can inflict a Shinigami Chop! directly to your opponent's head. This effect cannot be negated."

[/quote']

fix'd.

Victory Dragon needs a ruling:

"You cannot surrender the Match if 'Victory Dragon' is face-up on the field"

Then it would be banned... 4EVA!

Yeah, it's a good idea to play with rock-solid game mechanics in rulings for specific cards. *Looks at OCG ruling*

Oh, looks like Konami already thought of that.

@sephiroth

flip it up and down? i'm sorry, is there an errata that you can do that with flip effects now? youd need to run a super dedicated deck like flip trolls to reuse it once per turn with any reliability, and even i wouldnt run more than 1 of them if it was unlimited. theoretically, books of moon could make it trade-moon-for-a-spell-once-per-turn, but this assumes that A. you have moon at the same time you have magician and B. you have some way of keeping the week little chit alive through your opponents turn. i see no problem with unlimiting the card, no one would run more than 1, assuming no infinite loop is found.

Flip summon a Flip effect monster (say, Needle Worm) and apply its effect. Then summon Tsukuyomi to flip it back f/d. End turn. Tsukuyomi returns to hand. Rinse and repeat.

Or revive the Time Seal Yata Lock, just replace Seal with Drop Off/a more drastic measure.

Tsukuyomi may be one of the weakest banned cards (Butterfly Dagger not included, as it's mad broke in combo with Gearfried), but it's still banned to keep things like the above from happening. Only so many times can you use Book of Moon/similar, where Tsukuyomi's recyclable.

Somebody voted Dimension Fusion on the poll. I have lost all faith on this site.

Victory Dragon needs a ruling:

"You cannot surrender the Match if 'Victory Dragon' is face-up on the field"

P1: I summon Victory Dragon. Then' date=' I set up...the flint-flint lock-morale boost infinite health loop!

P2: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU....

@ Victory Dragon people: Victory Dragon is a match winner. Most match winner cards can never be used in a duel. It's completely unrealistic to say that it should even be in real play. It will always be banned. In terms of sheer card strength, it's better than Tsukyomi.

Scoop, again? Seriously, look at the pages behind.

And people, stop voting Victory Dragon. He is so weak he's not even worth mentioning.

My bad, that was me... I thought it was something totally different, wasn't there a card that was like...

Return RFP'd Fusion Material Monsters to the grave and summon the Fusion Monster?

That seemed much less powerful

Dimension Fusion is VEEEEERY powerful

Victory Dragon is made of fail. After you have Tributed 3 Dragons, cleared away your opponent's cards, and gotten them under 2400 LP, you win the Duel and the Match simultaneously. A deck that revolved around this couldn't beat those 60-card E-hero decks with Hero Barrier everybody loves.

I'm not saying it should have been made, but it's stupid more in the way that Fiber Jar is stupid than, say, Exchange of the Spirit is stupid. It doesn't win any games, it's just that it screws with the basic principles of the game too much.

Also, the weakest banned card is Last Turn.

Also' date=' the weakest banned card is [b']Last Turn.[/b]

lolwut? You do realize how easily it could be abused.

I missed the time where Last Turn was around. If it's played, I'd have to say that it would just cause a bunch of DRAWs. I know I'm missing something though.
