The Sacred Ninja
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK monster in your Graveyard. You can pay 1000 Life Points to send all cards in both players' hands and on the field to the Graveyard. Inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each card that is sent to the Graveyard by this effect.

evilfusion
Broken isn't just overpowered. It's overpowered to ridiculous amounts, giving an entirely unfair advantage to the user when the effect goes off, or has a combo that creates that sort of advantage. It's somewhat subjective to cards that aren't banned yet. Judgment Dragon, for a mere 1000 LP, destroys EVERY card on the field but itself, and it's a 3000 ATK monster that can be Special Summoned from your hand if there are 4 or more Lightsworn names in your graveyard. Did I mention Lightsworn mill their own cards? Broken isn't just about cards that you hate when they're summoned/played. They're cards that are so outrageously powerful, they make people wonder "What were they THINKING, making this card?" Often they have tiny to no costs, simple conditions, and give a lot of advantage to one player.
Chaos Flame
Basically the big ones are CED-EotE, BLS-EotB, and yata because they win so easily and frequently.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
Broken is the summation of any card that gives a ridicolous amount of advantage for little to no cost.Chaos Emperor Dragon is a good example of a "Broken" card. Most broken cards are on the ban list under "Forbidden" or will be there in future.
