WithTheWind
Please remind me, WHY IS THIS LIMITED? I think it would be obvious to tell if a player had Gorz in their hand. Player 1: I draw, I summon Thunder King Rai-Oh. I end.Player 2: I draw. I end.Player 1: OMG, WHAT COULD HE BE POSSIBLY PLANNING?! Second of all, burn cards aren't run in this meta. It's last effect has about a 1% chance of happening. Discuss.

Jesus
Butthurt much from losing to this card? Lol'd. Hard. In other news' date=' Gorz is almost too good. Plus the situation you listed is just that, a situation. Gorz the majority of the time is a good card. Especially late game where field clear is more likely.[/size']

Lonk
First of all, it is limited because it has very easy Summon Conditions and can a token equal to the damage you took (If you took 4000 Damage from a single attack, summon token, use double attack and game). Second of all, Burn is actually meta (Frog FTK)
evilfusion
Even if it's obvious (and most good players aren't that blatant. Simply setting a monster or one or two S/Ts could mean Gorz, a bad hand, or just being conservative), it's not the easiest card to play around. It's an easily summoned 2700 that also summons a Token. It's a good anti-OTK, but still, it's a cheap card that's just too strong.
Sleepy
Tell me, after you notice that situation. How often you think you'll be able to stop it and how?Damage Calculation Summoned shield that also mirrors a monster's ATK in the form of a token FTW. I haven't actually played against this card for a while. :s Last time I had a joke Deck and attacked with a 100 ATK monster... >.>

TheTurtleOnceCalledGod
Not as much of a threat to X-Sabers. It is awesome, but still fair to an extent (it should be obvious if its in your opponent's hand).

Aximil
Attack into an empty field with your weakest monsters first and run monster destruction cards in your deck. It's not hard to get around it. Anecdote: My friend Giant Trunaded, brought out Machina Gearframe and 3 Machina Fortress, and was trying to swing for game. But this little guy got in the way. (Had already gotten rid of his Solidarities.)
Dr. Cakey
Wait...are you saying it's not good enough to be Limited? You know, most people say it should be banned. Gorz is pretty easy to spot, but nearly impossible to play around.

Alternatively, Colossal Fighter, which should be in every Extra Deck, stops Gorz. If the Token's ATK is the same as it, crash into the token, revive it and hit Gorz. Alternatively, Colossal Fighter, which should be in every Extra Deck, stops Gorz. If the Token's ATK is the same as it, crash into the token, revive it and hit Gorz. The first depends, of course, on how strong your strongest monster is. Additionally, the Colossal Fighter approach doesn't do anything more than turn it into a Quick-Attack Scarecrow. Granted you have avoided letting your opponent obtain a powerful monster and useful token, but the damage has still been blocked. So, it's not too difficult to play around and roll with it, but not to escape the problem entirely. Overall, that's not the point. Not sure what the point is, though. I would like to clarify whether or not he's complaining that Gorz isn't strong enough for Limitation.
TechnoDoomedOne
Good monster that makes you think twice about attacking in a clear field. Not that difficult to get around, nor to kill. But that nasty token he creates can be even more powerful than him, so that turns him into a major threat. Both Tragoedia and Gorz belong to the Limited Club. Maybe Gorz at 2 with all that 1-for-1 removal next list, who knows.

This can. :P What I mean is the other way around. Gorz can't be Summoned at all times in which Battle Fader could be Summoned. Battle Fader on the other hand, CAN be Summoned during any situation in which Gorz could be Summoned. :)For that sertain situation in the first post, it might be either of them (or Tragoedia). It shouldn't be that predictable...I've seen some people play face-down cards before ending, then after an attack just happen to activate a couple of Reckless Greeds (and the such) leaving the field empty. But well, I'm not sure what point I'm trying to make anymore....

I don't feel like having this discussion with you again. I've already made it perfectly clear in the past that I simply don't care about the whole "perfect format", "good format" or "ideal format" arguments and such, I try to be realistic. Realistically, all nukes won't be illegalized anytime soon. Starlight Road pretty much confirms that point.
