Hmm...a Raigeki, Harpie's Feather and...there is no card that wipes the hand clean to compare that effect to, all in monster card form. Not much to say aside from those are ultra abusable and probably why "Cup Ramen Man" has the status of being a terrific mascot as a duel champ.
