Bringerofcake
Library doesn't count. You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Spellcaster-Type monster you control. During the turn this card is Normal Summoned, your opponent cannot activate Spell or Trap Cards. Discuss them together or separately.
GenzoTheHarpist
You'd need more lvl 8s to make this consistent, I feel.
Legend Zero
I'm using Trad-In with my Princess/Silent Magician deck. Haven't tested yet though. Me likey cards though.
Toffee.
Not bad. But IMO, it needs more level8s and/or WATER-Attributes
Canadian
Not bad. But IMO' date=' it needs more level8s and/or WATER-Attributes[/quote']Exactly. Thats the whole reason D-Draw + Allure hit the list. Cause their targets were just infinitly better.
BulletMan
Ice Master is also Level 8/ WATER/ Spellcaster. Sure it's not all that great, but with more water Spellcasters, I suppose it could be useful in this Deck...

BulletMan
So, some of the Ice Barriers fit the discription for WATER Spellcaster. There was a 1600/1600 IceBarrier that once per turn, you could discard an Ice Barrier to draw 1 card. So I was happy about that. There's also Crystal Seer. Maybe a pure Spellcaster build with Solidarity, using this engine, quite a few Ice Barriers, some staple Spellcasters, so on.

BulletMan
Warlock of the IB is an Anti SpellFragrance, thingy. But weak. So maybe for, IDK, side? Temple Dancer is a once per turn Trunade, if done right, but the engine should help. Strategist is an IB draw engine, kinda. Shock Troopers Tributes self, destroys 1 other WATER monster, and then gets an IB. Like your opponent would ever have a WATER (waits for comments) Geomancer is good against 1 Attribute Decks, for a while. But wouldn't use it. Though, it's a Tuner. Dai-sojo, is meh, Level 6, low ATK, prevents IB's from being killed by S/Ts. Meh. Though, the Deck would be more free without Solids. So, I'd probaly use other stuff too. Sephiroth_The_Legend
and what about Samurai.defense mode draw engine? OT:i suppose it could work, but the only problem i could see is that you would dead draw far too often. alot of the targets aren't exactly searchable. whereas things like frogs, diva and other weaker water monsters are, thus making them infinitely better. if only salvage affected ALL water monsters..... No' date=' he is actually bad!! I would even play Guard Penalty!! Warlock of the IB is an Anti SpellFragrance, thingy. But weak. So maybe for, IDK, side? Forgetting Blizzed, that guy is actually good.I'm now tempted to make a Ice Boundary deck using some of the above engines, based on the IB Generals!! Mysty
If you are also basing this deck on Solidarity Spellcasters, there isn't much more that can be put in that draw engine. If not, there is still at least General Grunund of the ice Barrier, White Night Dragon, and Spiral Serpent. If my deck were Solid Spellcasters, I would try out this engine. It seems quite promising, though I'm not sure if there are too many WATER Spellcasters to make an entire deck with. Sounds like Ice Barrier Spellcasters would be the core of the deck.
