BulletMan
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Half_Counter Apparently, the real one has been released in STBL with this effect: STBL-JP070 Half Counter 「ハーフ・カウンター」Normal Trap Card{Effect unconfirmed: Activate only during Damage Calculation when a monster you control is attacked. The attacked monster gains ATK equal to half the original ATK of the attacking monster until the End Phase.} It's a more vunerable, not garanteed, but generic Honest. Not bad. Don't know if I would use it. Discuss.

gnomec
Shrink is much better. I agree with this. This card's increase will be the same as Shrink's decrease, but the latter has the advantage of being a quick-play spell card.
Sephiroth_The_Legend
if this was a monster or quickplay. it would be better.it's just a slower shrink.

Catterjune
Losing and gaining attack still hits the exact same life point count. Not to mention you don't get the boost for the entire rest of the turn. If you want a trap, use Mirror Wall. If Mirror Wall's "continuous" stature makes it a liability, use Shrink. Don't use Half Counter.
Canadian
^ Agrees ^ Anyways, Cactus Fighter OTK gets 1 more support, but still flat out sucks.

That or your using Mirror wall in reverse healing deck where you gain 2000 instead. >_>

The "continuous" nature of it is in regards to stuff like Dust Tornado and MST.
