Putting Gyz at one would change NOTHING since it would just tag out get to be used again.

 

Ban Gyz, then put this back at 3.

 

Hell because of how GBs work putting this getting moved to 1 really doesn't change anything anyway, so this could be put back at 3 while Gyz is at 3.

It's not like your opponent can use Bottomless, Starlight, or any other generic destruction against Gyzarus, right?

 

With said changes, you'd need to be careful with Gyzarus instead of Bestiari, which seems a lot better for the game.

 

With Gyzarus @0, GBs lose a lot of their strength, considering how Gyzarus is one of the strongest plays they have atm.

It's not like your opponent can use Bottomless, Starlight, or any other generic destruction against Gyzarus, right?

Because your going to tag in Gyz if you think your going to loss it. And what if the opponent doesn't have something to stop it. What if you have something to stop your opponent's counter?

 

How is being careful with one any different then being careful with the other one?

 

If GBs die because they lost a broken card, they should die. A deck shouldn't be dependent on a broken card to be good. And GBs are still good without Gyz. Not AS good as they are now, but still good.

Gyzarus is rarely on the field for more than 1 turn, so most Spell and Monster effects can't be considered counters, while Bestiari takes care of most Trap counters. Even if you Bottomless/Solemn Bestiari, with it at 3, your opponent could very well have another in their deck, and that's assuming you have it. No good player is going to summon Gyz without making sure it can tag out, unless they're swinging for the game.

Preferably one that uses Retiari, so you don't have to destroy your own s/t when you summon Bestiari.
