You either know the person or you don't, and the case you don't know either, lurk and vote or just don't vote. The only information needed is (alongside username, profile link, and avatar/profile pic) any possible aliases you went under. Earlier in my YCM life I was [Dark], and while it is obvious that Dark is the same person, someone who went from PokemonMaster110 to CreepyCreep (totally bullshit names) may be hard to correlate, and as such, a name change list is definitely recommended so more people can recognize any given person. And yes, that was a good idea, but I would have thought of that. I'm much too lazy to be making 32 threads round one if we go the 64-member route.
