Could have sworn that said 2000 before. I must be tired. And consistent draw/discard is bad. Stuff your deck with powerful Quick Play Spells and Dark World monsters/graveyard triggers, then go nuts. Main stuff that benefits with being tossed in the grave, like Dandylion, Spore, Quillbolt, Red Eyes Wyvern and Redrum and a bunch of Dragons. Mezuki, Vayu, etc etc. Proceed to win.
