(I might have spelled "Pacificlodge" wrong) Appearance: Tall, Slim, with black hair and an Oversized Trench-coat with black jeans. The coat covors most of his lower head, such as chin, mouth, and nose. Biography: Born and raised in Pacificlodge, he was always a happy, vocal, carefree person. He found his Kingdra at an early age, training it and evolving it into its current form. His life got turned around when he almost drowned when getting knocked out by unknown means. If it wasn't for Kingdra, he would've died. After that traumatic experience, he hardly spook, only doing so when he needs to. He keeps to his self, not trying to make friends. He managed to beat the Pokémon League with only his Kingdra, and moved on. He came to this region during one of his thoughtful wandering sessions. Personality: Keeps to himself, talking only when necessary. He keeps his face straight, devoid of any emotion. Any other emotions that you might see could only be seen through his eyes. But when he was younger he lived a happy Life in Greenvine town. He then discovered books from his dad's secret library. It told of the Pokemon of Space and Time and what it can bring. Hid father died of lung cancer two years prior and Maximillion wanted to use the power of Dialga to send him back in time so he could stop his father from smoking which gave him the lung cancer, but another band of thieves broke in and stole the information and lit the house on fire, all a year later. Maximillion nearly escaped death but it left a mark, his entire face was horribly disformed. His mother had died in the fire as well. He lived as an orphan with just his pokemon to rely on, he wants now to use Dialga and Palkia for, much more different purposes as he grew up with a sick sense of what is right for the world. Personality:Smart, Sophisticated, hates slackers, very determined, has a sick sense of right and wrong.
