The Creator with the "Can't be Special Summoned" one DC with the "Only if you have blah blah" one. In it's hayday, The Creator was good. DC needs a decktype based around him.... The Creator was an awesome Once per turn Monster Reborn when he came out, but we have things that... not sure if outclass is the right term, its more like.... that DO IT better but in their specific Decks, making him unneeded and unused. Also, its "cannot be Special Summoned from your Graveyard" part really affects its usefulness. I'll have to agree here. Neither. Even though I love this card, I have to admit it is bad in this format. I wish they would make a archtype for him. The dark creator is better, but still not as good.
