Effect:
1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can remove from play up to 1 card each from your opponent's hand/Graveyard/side of the field.
Thats Actualy Fairly good.

It is when the monsters needed to summon it aren't being counted, as they weren't in this case, because it was a comparison with Mist Wurm, which needs the same material.

It's still a +1, provided your opponent has cards in all three locations, and if you get +1's in summoning the synchro material it's almost the same.

Also, since this is a dragon, you can use Debris Dragon. You need something else, but I can't see that being too hard.

Trishula is a +3 once summoned. Mist Wurm is +0. If you're going for game, Mist Wurm is best for clearing the field, but in a early to mid-game situation, Trishula is probably best.

You need to count the monsters when you say how much advantage a cards gives.

For both synchros you loss 3 cards (-3). Then you get the synchro (+1, net loss -2). Mist only bounces so your opponents doesn't loss any advantage so Mist is -2. Trish removes a card on the field (+1), hand (+1), and grave (+0). He's a +0. You don't count the grave when you count advantage of cards you need.

Any way, Trish is good, with a fair number of people saying he's to goos.

D'oh! Graveyard doesn't count for advantage, so removal just (if you remove the right card) stops +1's later. I knew that, I just failed to notice how it applied here.

Even so, with the right cards you get +1's summoning the synchro material, making your advantage over the turn positive, and if you're lucky removing something else will start a chain reaction, so you'll get extra +1's (such as taking out something with equips on it)
