Lore:
When a monster is killed in battle, special summon it.

Pretty much.

And it's recent.

And it's broken, no?

This isn't broken at all. It's not chainable in the slightest and has the specific timing of a monster being destroyed in battle. I prefer Miracle's Wake, which becomes chainable once a monster is destroyed, can be used any time during the turn, can bring back any of your monsters that was destroyed in battle that turn (rather than just the one destroyed at that moment), can choose the battle position, and doesn't have that specific "Hero Signal" timing. Wake has way more combo and strategy potential while this...doesn't.

In all likelihood, time travel to the past would be impossible or improbable, first off it would change your past thus either obliterate the future you came from and make you a spontaneously generated being that just pretty much broke the [s]laws[/s] human assumptions about physics and have created an alternate universe at the cost of the one you came from. Then when you kill your alternate timeline's past self or your ancestor/s and end up trying to pull off a paradox but end up failing due to this being a seperate duplicate universe. Oh, and a time machine would not look like a TARDIS wannabe or some small dark capsule, rather it would likely be some form of absolutely enormous set up to produce enough energy to force a wormhole into the past prior to the point at which the wormhole was initially created. Humanity and any decendent species of Human-like intelligence will most likely never last long enough to produce such a structure without going through Zeh End of Teh Wurld scenario.[/nerdspeak]

OT: This card stinks, no point in running it, even to get back nomi's. You should have better ways to win than depending on only one nomi.

If TV has taught us anything, Traveling through time always causes:
-Going back in time to edit the actions of [X] only to find out that [i]that[/i] was the reason why [X] works.
-Go back in time to [Reason Y] only to have it end up causing [important event Z].
-Editing the outcome of an important event in time causes the outcome of [Unhappy future A]
-Go back to edit [unhappy event A] only to result in you being the cause of [correct future event A]

Effectively if you go back in time, you end up screwing something up while also fixing it at the same time.
