So maybe some bizarre Chaos deck or Fabled Dark World can use it, but it's a mere 8 star monster. And its effect isn't worth that much and is so painstakingly specific... [/quote] Especially since you have to discard a specific Attribute of monster and pick one of a specific level range and different Attribute from your Graveyard. It's definitely not that useful. (contradicting more with the consistence) Also, it wasn't enough but it also cannot be used for Synchro.... well, this last part doesn't really affect it that much I guess, but its a little uncalled for considering the hardships of getting the right cards for doing this... Personally, I'd prefer the second one as it allows the Raven + Dark World combo to work giving it a place in Dark World late game. In any case: -Sunny Pixie +Effect Veiler Or you could just use Chaos End Master (summoning Byser Shock) and [b]Level Eater[/b] to fulfill the requirements.
