wiithepeople
Could you Synchro Summon with an Exceed monster as a Synchro Material Monster?
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
They do not have Levels, and it was said that they are therefore not subject to any sort of situation where Level is considered a factor. This really should have been asked in the questions thread, not made into its own <<
White Void
No because Exceeds don't have level, they have Rank. Anything dealing with level doesn't apply to them.
King of Nothing
You COULD, however, exceed summon with a synchro monster

burnpsy
Maybe Exceeds would be usable for Synchro Summons, but not contribute any levels, thus allowing the things that need 2 non-Tuners with a stupid level to not be nearly as difficult to play. DARKPLANT RISING
They don't allow Possessed Dark Soul, same with Synchros.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Just like Dark Plant says. Their level is not 0. They just do not have a level in general.
Dr. Cakey
It's been confirmed that Exceed monsters don't have a Level? And SQD (if that's it's name) is a Delta Accel Synchro. How could it not be?

Dr. Cakey
I dont get this Yusei needs another Level 2 Synchro to do this <_< An upgrade to Shooting Star Dragon is impossibleno wai u mean yusei wud hav 2...play another ass-pull card??? If this were reasonable, Shooting Star would somehow get in the grave, Yusei would play Synchro Spirits to get Stardust and Formula, the draw from Formula would be so epic as to bend the fabric of space and time, and he would Synchro a new Level 2. But that would make too much sense.
