Its effectively a +0 summon, because you take one of your opponents monsters and equip it to this (-3 material, +1 summon, -0 for removing 1 material, +1 for opponent losing monster, +1 for equipping to your side of the field). It has no negative effects when without overlaids, so you can use it's effect 3 times, good when playing against deck with varied atributes, like VI Sams... Generic makes it lovely... So +0 when Summoned this card, then +2 twice after words. 2500 ATK Generic Exceed makes him beast!
