[/quote]You deserve a rep for saying that, this man knows what he's talking about, I bet those people that ridicule other people for going on websites based on card games or that plays card games are the ones who are the closet card game players, they just know how to hide is all and ridicule other people just to feel good about themselves and try to be all that. Playing card games is nothing that bad, geez if you're embarrassed that the people you hang out might find out and they kick you out of their crew just because of that then you need new friends, your interests are your interests, the other people can just kiss your ass. Annoying people, but harmless. The fact is, anyone who actually mocks their "friend" for having hobbies or talking to people with similar interests is a hypocrite. I don't come to the site for the card maker, I come because almost everyone is an assumed Yugioh fan and player, and therefore have similar interests. Annoying people, but harmless. [/quote] Yeah, me and my friend played the TCG in Woodshop on days we didn't work. In Woodshop, of all classes, I thought we'd get the most teasing. I mean, I had seen some episodes (thought they were weird as hell, in a cool way), and I had no idea how to play the game (made up half the "rules" with the cards my brother had, yes, using the anime for some reference). I actually sucked quite badly when I started playing with other people. My cards were bad, I used like 70 card decks, I thought Magic and Spell cards were different things, rulings were foggy. But now I'm much better than I ever was, and part of it came from finding people with a similar hobby and enduring the teasing I got from people I didn't know anyway. I'm happier for not succumbing to the pressures and enjoying a game that I thought was fun. It also gave me an outlook not to bash what people like without trying it myself, and even if I hate it or think it's stupid, to acknowledge it's just an opinion. Herr. And if a friend is over and they see it as a visited page, they fool around with the card maker. It's caused a lot of funny occurrences. So nah, no trouble. (in class as well (it was at the end of the school year)) i dont care i was focus in the zone people walk by as we play or watch us (people cheered in class once because he allmost had me but i turn it around in won the duel in one swift move) it hadly bother me at all i dont care what people think if you hide something form other then you really not your self why not i had fun playing and it gave me a reason to go to school why let others control what you like and dislike ???
