evilfusion
You can send a Tech Genus Synchro to the Graveyard and Special Summon its Synchro Materials from the Graveyard, if I remember correctly. It's...okay.
wiithepeople
If this thing was a Tuner, it would be kinda nice, but we already have Formula and Wonder Magician for that. This card looks kinda lulzy to me, and I love this little guy.
Blake
It is a half-assed, TG-only de-synchro. In my experience, only good for Quasar shenanigans, and, even then, Formula + Librarian + Librarian is much easier than Formula + Stardust + This. evilfusion
You know the eerily sad part? There's a LOT of text for such a short effect. Anyway, the only use this has is to bring out Halberd Cannon by De-Synching Blade Gunner.
Black W Mage
if only there was a level 4 Synchro Tuner...

[/quote] I would put this in my future TG deck because most of the time you have Shooting Star or Blade Blaster on the field anyway. You can then proceed to turn that SSD or BB into Quasar or Halberd Cannon.
Blake
Again, Reading and Formulating your way to Quasar, not so much Halberd, is the way to go.
Sleepy
Use it on another copy of itself in which you used Tuningware so that you can draw 1 card, Synchro for this again, and repeat process, this time De-Synchroing the one that already did the effect. Turn it into a fun loop.

-Berserker-
Useful in Fish, to gain (even more) hand advantage. Just summon 2 Librarian and a couple other Synchros. Then summon this, send one of the monsters to the graveyard, and Synchro summon another synchro of the same level and draw more with Librarian
