[/quote] In like what they were doing with Synchros. All the Tuners were like level 3 and junk, and then printed Rose a little while later which was a level 4 Tuner. This card can be Special Summoned in Defense Position by removing from play each 1 "Bugman X", "Bugman Y", and "Bugman Z" in your Graveyard.
