This card's effect is actually many different potential effects, one of which is broken. Were it to always do 6000 without the dice condition, this'd be more obvious, but because the dice condition isn't an actual cost, you can get an insanely overpowered effect by simply being lucky. The truth is that the effect activated should one roll a six should not be allowed to occur in a Duel, and so the whole card has to be scrapped because of this one potential effect. A better example to demonstrate my point would be Cup of Ace. Pot of Greed's effect-to-cost ratio is generally recognized as overpowered and better to not allow to occur in Duels. Cup of Ace has a chance of having that same intolerable effect-to-cost ratio (or of actually BEING Pot of Greed to put it more bluntly) and as such is also banworthy. Placing odds against a given card's effect occuring and giving that effect a cost are entirely different as the former doesn't balance the effect should it occur. Moreover, allowing someone to potentially lucksack into a win cannot be accepted as it's counterproductive to a format in which skill is mandatory to succeed. Not exactly the best thing ever there I mean it'd be different if it just said "Flip a coin and call it.
