This just confirms it all. American coke tastes horrible.
Must be the corn syrup.

Actually there is... lol. Coke's taste tends to be far more monotonous and not as sugary. There is no huge change when you freeze it and the only thing that really the cold affects is how it feels going into your mouth. This includes when you break it down into an ice and crush it into edible pieces. Nothing really changes. Coke also appears to blend well with other flavors far more, especially like Cherry Coke and the like. (Vanilla Coke being the sole exception to this rule as the flavors come in stages rather than all at once).

Whereas Pepsi is sweeter and the flavor may vary far more. Its a bit syrupy, but no more really than Coke it is just more noticeable thats about it. However, you notice the Syrup in other flavors of Coke. Namely stuff like Vanilla Coke. Pepsi's Flavor also changes drastically with each drink, familiarity tends to be more of a stage thing, and in my experience only one flavor of Pepsi has actually BLENDED flavors. That is Pepsi Blue, but that is currently discontinued. Pepsi's Flavor also changes when it is frozen, as the Syrup itself tends to seperate from its Water much much easier. But can be avoided if you let it get sloshy and not physical ice.

I currently have a pepsi freezing in the freezer btw. :P

Lolz Drop it like it's hot. I'd be somewhat hysterical if she was on YCM or something and she's doing those ridiculous dance moves.

In a double blind Scientific control test, it was found that it is near impossible to taste the difference between Coca-Cola and Pepsi. Caffeine does not affect penis size. It is a lie, the same way that Antioxidants are good for you and Pomegranate Juice will add six months to your life - all lies.

I may as well mention that my favourite non-alcoholic carbonated drink is Mountain Dew. They have only just started marketing it here in Britain.

Despite this, it is scientifically proven that almost everyone sane thinks that Pomegranate Juice tastes nice and is very healthy.

I couldnt care if it causes a nuclear holocaust im drinkin it... Coke is my fav its so good while pepsi is bland...

This.=D

My favourites are Schweppes Tonic and Bitter Lemon. I love Nordic Mist too, it's like Tonic but not available everywhere.
The only thing is that no place around here sells Schweppes in cans or 0,33 l bottles so I'd always have to buy a huge 1 litre.>_>

Second place is Coke, only the red one though. And I don't care about the brand, I just like the taste of it. Though I can taste the difference between Cola and Pepsi, but it can be any version, as long as it's the original flavour (no light and no additional stuff like cherry).

The thing is, I drink water through most of the day, but the only things that can really quench my thirst are cold and even better, fizzy drinks.=/ Cold most of all, room temperature water feels like nothing to me.:S But that's probably because I have a sore throat almost all the time despite drinking a lot.>_>

A little history lesson for all you Coke lovers. When Coca-cola was first created, it contained cocaine. It was taken out of the drink in 1903.

This is why you say that everything was better in the good old days.

See, this person obviously know what they are talking about. They have their life set up and are ready to graduate, get a great job, raise a classic family with a troublemaker son called Billy and live a nice life.

Top tier opinion. Top tier opinion.
