The exclamation mark shows that the poster just said his opinion on something and it can also sometimes highlight a particular content, on which one the poster wants to draw other people's attention. Because she only needs [i]Level Up![/i] and having the other copy in the Deck at the time, it has always been easy to splash in a Deck. There was this guy one time saying he had his best Deck of all time and was actually winning me, then after having [i]Level Up![/i] sit in my hand for several turns with no more hand or field left, I drew Silent Magician LV4 and my opponent never regained his field presence.
