[/quote] Most of his cards are one repeated syllable or two words with the same meaning (Like Kibou = Hope in Japan. So it's name is Aspiring Hope Hope.) That monster cannot declare any attacks in future turns as long as it is face-up on the field. If you're asking if a player can ram this into an opponent's monster, then sure.
