Obviously going to be used by Yuma in the anime.

Most of his cards are one repeated syllable or two words with the same meaning (Like Kibou = Hope in Japan. So it's name is Aspiring Hope Hope.) I wouldn't be surprised if it is in Yuma's deck.

Actually, I believe it's more along the lines of Hope Emperor Hope, but that's the idea.

Obviously not a particularly good card...there isn't much to discuss about it...

Topic Hijack: Discuss how stupid Yuma is.

Rai Rider appearent stops monsters its battles against from attack which sorta confuse's me into asking does this just ram into a wall just so it can't attack O.o

I don't get what you mean =/

If an opponent's monster attacked Rai Rider, then damage calculation continues normally. That monster cannot declare any attacks in future turns as long as it is face-up on the field.

If you're asking if a player can ram this into an opponent's monster, then sure. Whether or not they'd want to is up to the duelist.

What he means is that the purpose of this card is namely to ram it into opponents monsters and stop any future attacks

The Rai Archtype could basically be full if it gets a few more cards... and if only it would get some non-monster support

This
And Thunder King Rai-Oh

Even Raigeki and Raigeki Break are Thunder based cards and have a root with Rai

I like the card... but yeah
Monsters don't stay around to long on the field any more, so I mean it could be a somewhat pointless card, but its a rather nice ability
and its can be supported with Honest
and clearly gives Rank 3s
