King of Nothing
Toons need 2 support cards to be good. Indestructable version of Toon World Discard a Toon - Draw 2 cards I also think they need some more toons
Sleepy
-Toon Mermaids + Salvage are very pro Synchro/Tribute/Xyz engines if your opponent doesn't destroy Toon World during your turn. -Toon Dark Magician Girl is arguably the best Toon out there. It can attack for free during the turn it is Summoned, its a self-Special Summon-Type, and it loves Genex Controller. -Toon Table is plain awesome Spell Counter maker, Deck thinner, and Toon searcher. -Blue Eyes Toon Dragon can make a draw engine with Trade-In (if you get to draw Trade In) -Toon Summoned Skull is ok. slow but it can work. -Gemeni Elf and Masked Sorcerer don't need Toon World and were pretty decent in fun Decks before X-Saber stuff started doing it better. -Cannon Soldier connects Allure with Toon Table of Contents and is fine as another option for burn in Spell Counter Decks (If you are desperate/didn't get your OTK/don't want opponent to win with full life) -Toon Alligator has Normal Monster support so, it should be splashable enough. -Manga Ryu Ran is... a member of the team. ^I think those are all... might be forgetting something.. They also have Emergency Provisions, Giant Trunade, Dewloren, Brionac for helping.... As a Deck-Type, they are less than tier 2. As a tech, they are amusing despite some of those options sounding ridiculous.
Catterjune
Me and a friend of mine used to have dueling based contests where we'd give someone a terrible card and they'd have to base their deck around. She picked Manga Ryu Ran. I picked Phantasmal Martyrs. But yeah, Toons. They are really, REALLY bad. Which is kind of a shame because it's the second actual archetype (Harpies being the first) that the show introduced. Wish Toon Kingdom and Comic Hand were made. Vough
It's sad how sub-types (not card types) like this, Unions, and Geminis are so freakishly underpowered compared to everything else.

Canadian
^ Thats what you get when you have a main character who uses an archetype. You know, theres probably around 120 cards that deal just with Elemental Heroes?
evilhorus
There are so many HEROs, WC07 lets you sort them out from all other cards. Yes, like "Special Summon" and "Flip Effect", there is an "Elemental Hero" option as well. And that game had LOADS of Hero cards.
